House Rules:

The rate for suites 1 & 2 includes up to 4 people and for suite #3 includes up to 2 people. Additional guests are $20US/night, with prior approval

Check in time is 3:00 pm / Check out time is 11:00 am

Please respect the following:

• Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• No Smoking: Out of consideration for other guests, no smoking anything on the property.
• Bathroom - We have provided hand soap as well as shower soap and shampoo for you to use.
• Toilet - Yelapa has a very fragile eco-system and as such, the sewer system is not setup for anything but what initially goes in your mouth. Please - NO toilet paper, sanitary napkins etc. in the toilet. Use the trash bin beside the toilet and let us know when you would like it emptied.
• TV - The TV is a “Smart TV” so you may log into your own TV Apps like Netflix etc.
• Garbage: There are a couple of garbage cans within the unit. Please let us know if you would like them emptied during your stay.
• Beach Towels: If you’d like to take a towel to the beach, please use the ones with the blue stripe.
Getting Around: If you’d like a ‘taxi’ ride while you’re here, please let us know & we’ll arrange that for you
Laundry & Cleaning: If you’d like your towels exchanged or your room cleaned while you are here, please let us know. There will be a nominal fee for room cleaning which is passed directly along to the cleaners.

Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in
